鋸床的機械組成結(jié)構(gòu)

鋸床主要部件有底坐;床身、立柱;鋸梁和傳動機構(gòu);導(dǎo)向裝置;工件夾緊;張緊裝置;送料架;液壓傳動系統(tǒng);電氣控制系統(tǒng);潤滑及冷卻系統(tǒng);

 

底座

鋸床底座為鋼板焊接而成的箱形結(jié)構(gòu),床身、立柱固定其上,底座內(nèi)腔有較大空間,前左側(cè)為電氣按鈕控制箱,右側(cè)為電氣配電板箱,中間由鋼板焊成的液壓油箱,腔內(nèi)裝有液壓泵站,液壓管路,右側(cè)為冷卻切削液箱及水泵。

 

床身

床身為鑄鐵件,固定在底座上,立柱由一大小圓柱組成,大圓立柱作為鋸架動的導(dǎo)軌,是用以支撐鋸梁上下升降運動,并保證精確的導(dǎo)向,小圓柱起輔助作用,從而保證鋸條的正常切削。中間為夾料虎鉗和手動送料機構(gòu),虎鉗前方連接有承接成品件的工作臺,左側(cè)的夾緊裝置為夾緊絲桿穿過液壓夾緊油缸桿內(nèi)孔,轉(zhuǎn)動手輪或按動按鈕,使左鉗口左右運動。2:鋸床適用場合:主要應(yīng)用于機械,鍛造,加工等的下料。

 

功能和特點

液壓控制鋸切速度,無極可調(diào)。油缸控制,進給平穩(wěn)。根據(jù)客戶需要可增加成束裝置。根據(jù)需要有半自動和數(shù)控全自動可供選擇??晒┺D(zhuǎn)角度斜切鋸床。

 

鋸床產(chǎn)品類型

有鉸鏈?zhǔn)?,單柱式,雙柱式。龍門式及立式,分為半自動,數(shù)控全自動。

 

鋸梁和傳動機構(gòu)

由厚鋼板切割成形焊接而成,具有較強的剛性,其右后側(cè)固定有蝸輪箱,箱內(nèi)的蝸輪與鋸梁上面的主動輪固接,二者同步旋轉(zhuǎn),左側(cè)為被動輪和鋸條張緊位置。鋸條的回轉(zhuǎn)運動由主電機、皮帶輪、蝸輪付經(jīng)兩級變速將驅(qū)動為傳遞到主動輪,再由主動輪、鋸條驅(qū)動被動輪來實現(xiàn)的,鋸條運轉(zhuǎn)速度共三檔。

 

鋸條導(dǎo)向裝置

安裝在鋸梁支板的導(dǎo)向裝置由左、右導(dǎo)向臂與導(dǎo)向頭組成,左、右導(dǎo)向臂都可沿燕尾榫移動(或右導(dǎo)向臂固定在立柱套上),調(diào)整兩導(dǎo)向臂間距離比工件尺寸寬40mm左右。導(dǎo)向裝置用于改變鋸條的安裝角,使鋸條與工作臺垂直,為保證鋸條的切削精度,減少振動,在左右導(dǎo)向臂各裝有一組導(dǎo)向輪(滾動軸承)和耐磨的導(dǎo)向塊,鋸條背部也有耐磨合金的導(dǎo)向塊。

 

夾緊機構(gòu)

右虎鉗固定在床身上,夾緊絲桿穿過液壓夾緊油缸內(nèi)孔,由絲桿連接左虎鉗沿導(dǎo)軌左右移動,當(dāng)左虎鉗距離工件10-30MM時連接。手按控制面板的鉗緊或鉗松按鉗,使工件夾緊或松開。

 

張緊裝置

張緊裝置是由滑板座、滑板、絲桿等組成,當(dāng)要將鋸條張緊時,用扭力扳手按順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)可張緊鋸條,處于工作狀態(tài)。如鋸床處于長時間停機狀態(tài),扭力扳手向逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)鋸條松開。

base

The hydraulic pump station and hydraulic pipeline are installed in the cavity, and the cooling and cutting fluid tank and water pump are on the right side.

Bed

The bed is made of cast iron and fixed on the base. The column is composed of large and small columns. As the guide rail of the saw frame, the large circular column is used to support the up and down movement of the saw beam and ensure accurate guidance. The small cylinder plays an auxiliary role to ensure the normal cutting of the saw blade. In the middle is the clamping vise and the manual feeding mechanism. In front of the vise is a worktable to receive the finished products. The clamping device on the left side is that the clamping screw rod passes through the inner hole of the hydraulic clamping cylinder rod and rotates the hand wheel or presses the button to make the left jaw move left and right. 2: Application: mainly used in cutting materials of machinery, forging, processing, etc.

Saw beam and transmission mechanism

The worm gear box is fixed on the right rear side of the box. The worm gear in the box is fixedly connected with the driving wheel above the saw beam. Both rotate synchronously. The left side is the tension position of the driven wheel and saw blade. The rotary motion of the saw blade is driven by the main motor, belt pulley and worm gear through two-stage speed change, which is then realized by the driving wheel and the saw blade driving the passive wheel. The saw blade operates at three speeds.

Saw blade guide

The guide device installed on the saw beam support plate consists of left and right guide arms and guide heads. Both the left and right guide arms can move along the dovetail tenon (or the right guide arm is fixed on the column sleeve), and the distance between the two guide arms is about 40mm wider than the workpiece size. The guide device is used to change the installation angle of the saw blade to make the saw blade perpendicular to the working table. In order to ensure the cutting accuracy of the saw blade and reduce vibration, a set of guide wheels (rolling bearings) and wear-resistant guide blocks are respectively installed on the left and right guide arms, and the guide blocks of wear-resistant alloy are also installed on the back of the saw blade.

Clamping mechanism

The right vise is fixed on the bed, and the clamping screw rod passes through the inner hole of the hydraulic clamping cylinder, and is connected by the screw rod. The left vice moves left and right along the guide rail, and is connected when the distance between the left vice and the workpiece is 10-30mm. Press the clamping or loosening clamp of control panel by hand to clamp or loosen the workpiece.

Tensioning device

The tensioning device is composed of slide plate base, slide plate, screw rod, etc. when the saw blade is to be tensioned, the saw blade can be tensioned by rotating clockwise with a torque wrench, and it is in working state. If the sawing machine is shut down for a long time, the torque wrench should be turned anticlockwise to loosen the saw blade.
