鋸床系統(tǒng)伺服位置控制模塊采用采樣插補和預見控制相結(jié)合的位置控制(具體控制略),決定關閉送料油缸的位置,使送料油缸停止時剛好達到目標位置。由于電磁機械滯后及運動慣性,通過“通”“斷”控制送料滑臺移動0.1mm幾乎不可能的。為了保證最小送料長度及送料精度,后鉗使送料滑臺后退到到LK位置,然后向前移動到預測位置LT關閉送料電磁閥。當送料油缸運動停止時后鉗夾緊。
圓鋸床
圓鋸床也稱圓鋸機,分全自動與半自動。圓鋸片作旋轉(zhuǎn)的切削運動,同時隨鋸刀箱作進給運動。圓鋸床按鋸片進給方向又分為臥式(水平進給)、立式(垂直進給)和擺式(繞一支點擺動進給)3種。此外還有各種專用圓鋸床,如用于切割大型鑄件澆冒口的搖頭鋸床;用于鋼軌鋸切和鉆孔的鋸鉆聯(lián)合機床。
帶鋸床
環(huán)形鋸帶張緊在兩個鋸輪上,并由鋸輪驅(qū)動鋸帶進行切割。帶鋸床主要有立式和臥式兩種。立式帶鋸床的鋸架垂直設置,切割時工件移動,用以切割板料和成形零件的曲線輪廓,還可把鋸帶換成銼鏈或砂帶,進行修銼或打磨。臥式帶鋸床的鋸架水平或傾斜布置,沿垂直方向或繞一支點擺動的方向進給,鋸帶一般扭轉(zhuǎn)40°,以保持鋸齒與工件垂直。臥式又分為剪刀式、雙立柱、單立柱式帶鋸床;根據(jù)使用情況分為手動型(經(jīng)濟型手動送料手動切割物料)、自動型;根據(jù)使用控制器的自動化程序可分為手動型(半自動手動送料)全自動型(自動送料自動切割)
弓鋸床
裝有鋸條的鋸弓作往復運動,以鋸架繞一支點擺動的方式進給,機床結(jié)構簡單,體積小,但效率較低。弓鋸床鋸條的運動軌跡有直線和弧線兩種?;【€運動時鋸弓繞一支點擺動一小角度,每個鋸齒的切入量較大,排屑容易,效率較高,新式弓鋸床大多采用這種方式。

Circular sawing machine

Band sawing machine
The circular saw belt is tensioned on two saw wheels, and the saw wheel drives the saw belt to cut. There are two main types of band sawing machines: vertical and horizontal. The saw frame of vertical band sawing machine is set vertically, and the workpiece moves during cutting, which is used to cut the curve contour of sheet metal and forming parts. The saw band can also be replaced by file chain or abrasive belt for filing or grinding. The saw frame of horizontal band sawing machine is arranged horizontally or obliquely, feeding along the vertical direction or swinging direction around a fulcrum. The saw band is generally twisted by 40 ° to keep the saw tooth perpendicular to the workpiece. The horizontal type is divided into scissor type, double column type and single column type band sawing machine; according to the use situation, it can be divided into manual type (economical manual feeding, manual cutting material) and automatic type; according to the automatic program of the controller, it can be divided into manual type (semi-automatic manual feeding) and full-automatic (automatic feeding and automatic cutting)
Sawing machine

This method is mostly used in the new type of sawing machine.
